All payments made to Dr. U Education are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns or refunds for tuition fees, admission fees, registration fees, monthly class fees, paid videos, learning materials, or any other educational services once payment has been completed.
By completing a payment or enrollment, you acknowledge and agree that you are purchasing access to educational services and that these fees cannot be returned or reversed except in the limited circumstances described below.

In limited cases, and at our sole discretion, we may allow a transfer of fees to another class, batch, or billing period instead of a refund. Any such transfer is subject to availability and administrative approval. A transfer is not guaranteed and does not constitute a refund.
If you were charged incorrectly or made a duplicate payment due to a technical error, please contact us immediately with your payment details. We will investigate and, where confirmed, reverse only the erroneous or duplicate amount.
If we cancel a class, batch, or paid service before it commences and are unable to offer a suitable alternative, we may provide a credit or reversal for the affected payment at our discretion.
